We operate out of New York, with daily delivery routes from NYC to Hyde Park, as well as throughout CT, NJ, and all surrounding counties. Shipping is also available across the U.S.

Can I get my order if I’m not home?
Yes. If you pre-pay and provide your address, we offer safe drop-offs. You’ll receive a detailed video showing exactly where your order was placed. If you’re at work, we can leave it discreetly in your vehicle.

How do I get verified to order locally?
Local deliveries are for verified customers. You can verify by:

• A referral from an existing customer
• A short video showing your face next to a valid ID and the current time
• Pre-paying your order and meeting us in person

Note: For safety and privacy, the inside of our vehicle is off-limits.

How far in advance should I place my order?
Please place your order the day before. We plan delivery routes in advance and cannot guarantee availability of specific items if you wait until the same day. That said, always reach out—we may still be able to accommodate you with what we have on hand.

What are the delivery and shipping fees?

• Shipping: $5–$10 depending on the size of your order
